Crystal Allen

Crystal Allen, founder, and CEO specializes in accounting and tax preparation. Crystal has spent the last 11 years helping individuals and organizations realize their fullest potential by advising and supporting their operational infrastructures.

 

Crystal earned her bachelor’s degree from Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL, and her Master’s degree from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. Mrs. Allen is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM). Crystal has experience in both government and private sector accounting. She has also held the QuickBooks Pro Advisor designation and continues to expand her professional knowledge and skills.

 

Crystal has helped hundreds of individuals, nonprofits, and for-profit businesses through tax preparation and bookkeeping. She has also performed a wide variety of agreed-upon procedures engagement and worked with numerous organizations to meet compliance requirements. In addition, Crystal has more than 12 years of federal government accounting and reporting. She has supported the Department of Defense in the compilation of agency financial reporting and has contributed to the establishment and enhancement of DoD accounting policies and procedures.

 

Crystal also has a passion for sharing her knowledge and experience and has taught college-level courses as an adjunct professor and served as a guest lecturer on several occasions. In addition, she has taught existing and aspiring entrepreneurs business and accounting basics. Crystal also takes our role as community advocates very seriously and has supported several non-profit organizations in Central Indiana through board membership and/or volunteerism.

 

Crystal draws from her diverse background to support clients in establishing the foundation required to operate successfully. She advises and supports clients in the areas of financial reporting, internal controls, and business development. In addition, she stresses the importance of strategic planning in the areas of tax and business development.
